With no checks bags, pretty straight forward. (With bags, you cannot go thru immigration to pick them up - have to leave them unattended at carousel , swept up after 1-2 hours, and go thru customs & pick them up in the morning at the baggage office)
There's also a relatively new Yotel in Jewel/T1, if you want something different (or want to go thru immigration before sleeping, or want to explore Jewel at 2am)
It sounds like that Yotel is the one to book if you are planning on checking a bag. My flight is getting in around 21:00 from SFO and I was just going to find a transit hotel to crash in overnight before meeting my friends the next morning. I'm not sure how long it will take to get through customs and to their place and I didn't want to make them wait up for me. I'm going to be there for 5 days, so I *could* theoretically fly carry-on in and check on the way home.
