OWE only and first only lounges are not the same.
First class flights are from a very EU OW airports (excluding UK). Look at the airlines that have first class flights. QR CX and ? Gets difficult to find many. Airlines are reducing first class flights.
To me not worth spending time & money to go to an airport for a perceived better lounge.
