We used wheelchair assistance at CDG for two arrivals and two departures in the summer of 2018. We had our own chair, so we had to wait a bit for it to arrive from the hold, but we had no waits for the extremely helpful aides.
They helped us through immigration, where we were able to skip the lines.
We took over after immigration but I think they offered to take us to the taxi ranks.
