The menus for Kyoto Bistro, both the 2 breakfast menus posted above and the main menu on the hotel website, state that consumption tax will be added but do not mention any service charge, in contrast to the menus for Yasaka and the Living Room, which all state that consumption tax and 15% service charge would be added. Since these are the actual printed menus, it would be very strange if this is an error, so it would seem that there is no service charge at Kyoto Bistro. Can anyone corroborate that?
