I was thinking that was a unique flight number for each route/airline so that is the problem. How can I associate the exact Airline seat configuration to each Route? I’ m actually using SeatGuru but they do not provide a complete data set

Seat configuration could be changed due to supply/demand on each flight. Airlines can change the aircraft in last minute, even airlines itself can't assure you that what configuration will be.
