SnapTravel SUCKS!!!
I booked a hotel in Philly through SnapTravel. They sent me TWO confirmations. As part of the confirmation, they say the room is 100% guaranteed. “No need to call the hotel” but guess what? When I showed up at the hotel... NO ROOM!! I called SnapTravel. They ran me around. Then they offered to have the right dept. text me. I complained and Suggested they book me another room to make up for their blunder. But after 4 hours of a runaround, all they asked was if I wanted them to cancel the reservation. What reservation?!?! I had no room!! Terrible company! Don’t be fooled. Use Travelocity, Orbitz or some other company, but stay away from SNAPTRAVEL!!!
