I missed that it was three stops rather than two. Let's try ORD-ERI-IPT-ELM-LGA on that AL DC-9-30.

56. Another excellent guess! However, the air carrier in question wasn't Eastern, the equipment wasn't an L-1011 and the first stop was not made at Miami. On the plus side, the second stop was indeed made in San Juan (SJU).
