That's just a temporary name while it undergoes renovations. It will return to its Sheraton name when they're completed. It's still listed under Sheraton at the Marriott website.
Interesting - I wonder if they're trying to manipulate review site like Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc. by going through 2 name changes during renovations. Kill off old bad reviews by being able to say the "Sheraton Downtown" is permanently closed, and then do the same with "Philadelphia 201" once the renovations are complete.
Also, they're only quasi-listed under Sheraton on marriott.com. If you search for hotels in the city, you'll notice that no brand/logo appears in the results. If you search for only Sheratons, it's in the results, still with no logo.
