It's fun to review this thread as we look forward to our trip in a couple months. We're doing the following:
  • Rosewood Phnom Penh
  • Aqua Mekong
  • Azerai Can Tho
I appreciate the suggestions that various of you gave that led me to this. @deer mentioned an architectural tour in Phnom Penh led by students. Is anyone familiar with this?
