Has anyone gotten random phone calls from Chase without them leaving a message? I got one last year and after calling the number on the back of my card, we found out it was the fraud department asking about a charge... but as to why they didn't leave a message, the phone rep had no idea and said that wasn't procedure/policy.
I just got another one today from 800-945-2000. The phone identified it as Chase but I didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message.
I know it's easy to spoof caller ID
#s , but I have a feeling this probably was really Chase...again, not leaving a message.
Has anyone else encountered this?
