Just went to check the BA app, one hour ahead of check in opening for my flight tomorrow. My seat reservation had disappeared. I quickly clicked to find out why and turns out I’ve been upgraded to World Traveller+.

Was really holding out for a POUG too so I could pay to upgrade from World Traveller. But it’s all been done for some reason totally free of charge. Has anyone ever heard of this happening prior to check in even opening? Seems bizarre. But I’ll take it!
