The "meal" section of an itinerary has never shown correctly (at least for me) when booked in PremPlus. I have only booked PremPlus on international itineraries and even for flights like EWR-NRT, EWR-HKG, etc. it will say "Meal: None".

PS - these are booked PremPlus, not upgraded. Shouldn't matter though.
