Hilton options in Leeds remind me a lot of the Hilton options in Glasgow a few years ago before the Hampton and the DT arrived on the scene. They knew the Hilton options in the city were limited and that they could get away with delivering a level of service and benefits which ranged from barely anything on a good night to nothing at all on a bad night.

I remember that time as well, when the only choice was Grosvenor Hilton or Hilton Glasgow.
One of them upped their game and responded to the new competition, the other didn’t.
I think you’ll know which is which!
