I called AMEX (Platinum card) and complained and they agreed to reimburse me $100 for Nexus for me and my wife - when we first applied for Nexus it automatically reimbursed the $100 (two people), it was five years later when we renewed Nexus that it didn't reimburse and I had to call. If a card reimburses $100 for GE they should reimburse up to $100 for Nexus (Nexus includes GE).
