VS actually do have one.
The UK has 4 daytime slots at HND; 2 for UK airlines and 2 for Japanese ones. BA only uses 1 slot, presumably because VS holds the other one that they're not currently using. BA notably still offers LHR-NRT, so it's not like BA doesn't want to serve TYO twice a day...
