I've tried about 50 times for an upcoming DOH LHR flight. It says available but then when proceeding after receiving the OTP i get a technical error. I have tried to calling and emailing and they only says the upgrade is not available (seems like standard answer as they say it before I have said anything about the flight or etc).
Which browser are you using? It normally fails for me (also at OTP stage) if I use Safari, but Chrome seems to work fine. Desktop version at least.
