I am the main admin on my companies OnBusiness account and just about to go through a tier level on it as we have relatively high spending this year on BA. Just wondered if this has any effect on things like upgrades etc on me or the staff that are linked into the account (Bulk of staff are also GCH or GGL). I am assuming the spend levels are reflected to a certain extent somewhere e.g. CIV?
In my experience it has no bearing until you are putting 7 digits through at which point someone will be in touch to discuss route deals or some complimentary cards
