Hi Jbw, assume you're flying from London?
With VS miles your best bets would probably be via HKG on VS and Virgin Australia or via LA on Virgin/Delta/Virgin Australia/Air New Zealand.
The Singapore route won't work for you if you want to use miles and fly business because you can only redeem VS miles for economy flights between London and Singapore.
Once the AF/KLM miles bookings go live you can probably find a routing with them but expect a minimum of two stops from London.
The trouble with all of these will probably be availability though unless you're booking a long way out.
