Had they given you the basic model, would you have tweeted at Enterprise? If you had, would you expect them to upgrade you because of your tweet?
If not, I think that's why this thread exists. Theres rules, tweeting shouldn't bypass those rules at risk of decreasing paid upgrades and or creating an upgrade pandemonium to E+, PP, F, Polaris...
