I just sent e-mail to JBlue (it took me 15” to cipher the “report website problems” link). Told B6 my problem, also suggested someone from management should start reading Flyertalk, that my
situation was not unique and there were situations far worse.
Maybe B6 thinks their competition is WN?
Not in my case, it’s DL and AS.
