Got it. So you probably haven't yet been inured to UA's way of handling these sorts of things (i.e., haphazard notice and fend for yourself in terms of getting a satisfactory resolution). I'm not saying your expectation is unreasonable in the abstract; in practice that's just not how UA does things.
