Did you ever find any locations in VA/NC that take S&S points? I'm headed to Norfolk, VA and the Outer Banks, NC. The app doesn't show anything, but it also (incorrectly) doesn't show a discount at my local Shell, so maybe others have experience to share.
Kroger is in the Norfolk area, so the points won't work there. They might work in the Outer Banks area though
