Apologies in advance if I got anything wrong here, I normally reply to threads on premium fares forum but this is the first of creating my own.
I found the following fare via Hong Kong Airlines from SFO to TPE with a stop in HKG.

I only found one set of dates that work, partially because Google Flights doesn't search HX well, it seems. If there is interest, I am hoping others in the forum can pull the fare rules so that we can find other instances of this.
