Just read the article. It doesn't say if this will be standard equipment on the buses. Wouldn't this be an expensive add on? I don't see this happening on any AA plane ever. This airline is ripping out J seats and used to charge for diet coke. LOL

I think it's a good idea though and think it's a great way for airline's to track established service metrics and hold flight attendants to KPI's.
