I travelled only in premium economy with them to Singapore and I found ther product great in that class.
I am not qualified to comment economy as I haven”t tried it but from the pictures, other comments and what I saw on the plane myself I think it’ s fine, the same standards as other european airlines.
The 787 looks nice and modern, IFE is good, I guess you get 2 meals. Wine and beer included. You have a self service bar with drinks in the rear, with wine bottles included ( saw myself). Cabin crew polite, some may seem distant or cold, cultural thing I guess. ( i belong to Slavic people myself I know)
the only negative may be that they are often late, some organization problem ) but if you don’t have connection it won’t be a problem
