If she is flying in F, it is a domestic flight and she won't even have SC access.
Rather than making this into more than it is, why not go over what is provided (you can even show her on the website) and put it in a positive light. Even with SC access and being accompanied onto and off the aircraft, the things she is thinking of are not going to happen.
