The only thing I see for tomorrow is SFO-ARN via KEF on FI in the $700's. That is a 21-hour journey including 10 hours at KEF. Other options involve lousier connections (SVO and IST respectively). These would involve a refund of whatever the Norwegian ticket is and preservation of the return in the process.
You might do some further research for other connections points in the US and Europe.
They will then be left with an EC 261/2004 fight over the delay and the possibility that the carrier will not be solvent by the time it gets dealt with.
