~30k total spending with $4k travel, so the extra travel reward's value is about on par with annual fee...
Called today, thinking that it's almost 1 year since application but representative says anniversary is in November (so they considered 10 months). The representative actually suggested me to take offer and also call again in November after annual fee is posted.
