63b is an exit row seat. As Globaliser noted it is not available to your booking since you have an infant on it. This is the same reason 62K is not available to you.

I was unaware that being silver meant only I personally could take the exit seat.
But this would'nt work as I have the infant attached to me in the booking.
Seems I need to get the infant moved to my wife and then I can assign myself to the exit with my wife taking my old seat.
