Yes, Delta is pretty consistent with an approximately ~12% ratio of F:Y in their mainline fleet.
739: 20:160 (12.5%)
A321: 20:172 (11.7%)
A320: 16:141 (11.3%)
MD88: 16:133 (12.0%)
Given that shorter segments are
much easier to score upgrades on (less WFBF and fewer corporate travel policies allow F bookings for sub-2 hour flights), I'd say you'll still do just fine unless your comparison point is the E175.
