Funny thing happened this week. I sent one claim about the non working USB ports on the my 2 flights CDG RBA & RBA CDG + dirty seat (only on one flight, it was really dirty and had a used tissue left in the pocket) and received 2 mails with compensation. It seems AF customer care service got confused. First person offered me 10K miles and second person gave me 8K. Got 18k total! wont complain!
