For what's its worth the "real" lounge which is private and exclusive is at the VIP section of SVO, which is a separate entrance. BMW 7/ AUDI drive you to the plane. Domestic flights only.
Years ago - it was possible on international flights until the authorities changed the rules. I think its still possible on international fights, except you need to be escorted the whole way.
