Do all World Traveller Plus cabins have the new amenity kits?
Do they all have the new amenity kits, new blankets, and the new menus/incl 2nd meal in chinaware.

I understand that some new cabins are being fitted on some of the planes, but some are still the old 777 3 row WT+
