I screwed up the times for my Thrifty at KOA reservation

So I booked my parents a car in KOA thru Priceline (via Autoslash) and its with Thrifty, its cancelable with no prepayment and I screwed up on the times. They arrive within the rental window but 2 hours after it is supposed to start. With it being just a reservation without any prepayment, will this cause any problems? The rental cost went up so I can't rebook without a penalty.
