LH-SQ award booking upgrade question
I have currently booked a M&M award flight in C outbound FRA-SIN-SYD on LH and SQ, inbound SYD-SIN-DUS on SQ in 2020. My question is about the outbound trip only. Will I need to have F award available for the whole trip FRA-SYD to upgrade the trip to F using miles, or can I upgrade only the FRA-SIN leg on LH if no F award space will be opened on the SQ leg SIN-SYD? I will have FTL status at the time of the trip (no status right now).
