Wife and I did house reef snorkeling ourselves. We had asked our concierge to schedule house reef snorkeling with the activity center. He asked if we'd be comfortable doing it on our own. We were comfortable so he simply showed us the locations where to and we went on our own. There is almost no sea life for the first 10 feet or so. When the corals do start, there is tonnes of sea life. We really enjoyed our first experience. Areas on both sides of the wedding pavilion and behind it are good spots. Today, we'll be trying a different location on the lagoon.
