Decidedly unimpressed. I booked an entry-level room and got exactly that: a small room with a seriously small bathroom on the 19th floor. A mini-bar with two bottles of water and ..... a cookie

perhaps the 19th floor represented an upgrade. Oh, and there was a voucher for a "small glass of house wine": whoopee !

It's very nicely located for the station, so if you are aren't too fussed about having a fuss made of you it should be OK .... if the price is right.
