I flew in Y yesterday in this new config. Was sitting in row 21.
The bulkhead is very strange. It basically leans back, so that the last row of C can recline. But at take off and landing they "straighten" it manually.
Overall the cabin has a new feel. The new USB is a good addition, and besides row 21 they added a place to put your cell phone to watch movies
