J meals CDG-XXX are probably sourced locally, but never memorable for good reasons.

My advice: Get to CDG early. The French (and I love them) love to strike (En grieve).

Have breakfast in the AC. It is very good. Sometimes they have a wine and cheese cart, manned by the AC staff, all of whom have probably forgotten more about wine, cheese, and wine and cheese pairings than I could ever hope to remember!

At 10, go to the CX lounge, if you are not already there the (AC can get loud) for the outstanding noodles and Dim Sum.

Then go to your plane stuffed.

Trust me, you will thank me (I do this once or twice a month).
