What purpose do the individual "What car to expect at [Station]?" threads serve? I rent from Hertz extensively and rarely see much difference between different large airport stations. Though the same large station can have huge fluctuations in availability based on season, day of week, time of day, etc.
Has anyone noticed that averaged across multiple visits across multiple days, times, seasons, etc. there is any appreciable difference in the fleet on offer at ORD versus ATL versus DFW versus...?
At any US airport large or small, I expect tons of Altimas, Chrysler 300s, Malibus, Impalas, and a sea of generic Korean SUVs. Anything else will be sprinkled across the system in small numbers or stuck in "Premium Upgrades" if it's something worth driving.
