bought 4 walmart VGC (issued by Green Dot Bank) last night, tried to use them this morning and one VGC turned out no balance. I called wlamart gift card CS number on the back of the VGC, it asks for VGC number, 3 digits CCC and expiration date, typed them in and it said the numbers are not valid, asked for 3 times and typed in 3 times, the call ended...no way to talk to a live person breathing. checked the card on walmartgift.com, it shows the card is in the process of being acctivated. it was bought over 24 hours ago. not sure what to do now.
