Exactly. Only the Y award fees (ex-USA) have been reduced. F has actually gone up about $200 (was formerly similar or the same as CW fees). Make no mistake, I'm happy to see this new "benefit" but it is interesting how they've crafted the credit to not hurt too much on their side.
