Welcome to FT. At your current award rate, you're basically spending 56k points per night for a $376/night rate, which is a pretty good points/$$ value and use of Honors points. It really depends if you have any future travel planned where you would "need" the points more, or could use the extra ~100k that would come from changing to the paid rate and paying with your Aspire.
