Never been to PVG. It took more time to pin it down than I should admit (I had an excuse today as my wife was on Skype with family abroad for that time), but it was the distinctive carpet pattern that was the clue. I was originally searching around for the floor tiles fruitlessly wasting time. Then I decided on a different tactic and came across this guy's Instagram page which was enough to seal it:
