On delta.com, you can get awards (for DL miles) combining DL and WS if you have a connection from a place in Canada that is not served by DL metal to somewhere in the US served by DL or vice versa. However, I suggest you call DL if you are looking for CZ award space between China and Canada; they may not list it online.
