You are annoyed at Finnair, when it is in fact BA who have not updated your status quick enough to reflect your new exalted status?
In saying that BA are without doubt the quickest at applying credits to your FF account versus the other carriers I use. Be glad if you were waiting for flights to credit over at M&M.....
Shame you missed out on the Finnair Platinum Wing - it is a rather nice lounge indeed - very aesthetically pleasing place to spend 30 minutes before a flight.
