At Omnia, as a diamond, you and a guest get complimentary access and get to cut the line. The comp access depends on the DJ that night and how busy it is. Platinum also gets to cut the line now too but no comp access. Though hard to see, there's usually a sign next to the general admission line. Drai's is a hit or miss. Chateau and Voodoo lounge used to offer comped access for diamonds+, but there's been mixed reports lately of them offering that perk sometimes.
Lobby Bar at Ballys, Heart Bar at PH, the bar across Linq check-in, Bound bar at Cromwell, all have offered free drinks for diamonds. There's a few more that I can't remember.
Be advised, since these are "unpublished" benefits, it's not 100% and your YMMV. Just ask nicely and worst they can say is no. Also, as a diamond, on the gaming floor you can ask for Fuji/Evian and also some top shelf liquor that they don't offer to regular guests. Just have to ask. But then again, a nice tip will also get you those I'm sure.
