I presume you will not have a car. I do not know how far you are from the Metro, but I would look in the 12e and the 20e. In the 12e, I have eaten in Au Pressoir, Au Trou Gascon, Sologne, Biche au Bois.
All are a good value by Paris standards, and very informal by paris standards. Au Pressoir has a Michelin star, but at dinner, I was the only person in the restaurant in coat and tie. 3 serve game in season,( two even serve lievre royal!) which is why I traveled from the 8e to the 12.
