[Realizing that this is probably no longer relevant for OP, but posting here for future reference]

United website is wrong. My itinerary booked as UA Flt # (op by NH) to NRT in R, NH Flt # to BKK in N on United 016 stock shows up as Economy for the N segment on United website, but as proper PE on the NH website. I'm also able to select PE seats on the NH website.

FWIW, NH N earns 100% on UA.
