I did open the account online almost 3 months ago and I've visited a branch to withdraw the money in the account when I was notified it was being closed. The branch manager had no idea why it was being closed and agreed it didn't make any sense. He had to call to get permission to release the number and as part of the process had to verify my ID with my address. I am thinking of calling EO.
